Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) hereby invites Bids for hiring of Cabs for BIRAC as given under:-

7.5% (7.5 percent) of the annualized contract value to be submitted within 15 days of LOI. PBG should be valid for 60 days beyond the date of completion of contractual obligations. |

A complete set of bid document (non-transferable) containing terms and conditions for the above bid may be downloaded by the interested parties and use the same for participating in the bid. The bidders downloading the Bid document from the website should ensure to submit the “Bid Fees” in the form of DD made in favor of Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) along with the Technical Bid. Bidders are requested to go through the complete bid document and the eligibility criteria under the Bid Rejection Criteria, Scope of work, Award of Contract Criteria etc. in particular, before submitting of the Bid Document. Nonpayment of Bid Fees at the time of submission of Bid Document will render the bid ineligible.
BIRAC reserves the right to reject all bids without assigning reasons
