A proposal can only be submitted by Indian company, registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956/2013 with woman entrepreneur as Principal investigator. The company should be in existence for less than 10 years as on closure of the call. Minimum 51% of the shares of the Company should be held by Indian Citizens holding Indian passport (Indian Citizens do not include Person of Indian Origin (PIO) and Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) holders).
A woman entrepreneur should be:
1. The principal Investigator of the submitted project for consideration under this application
2. An Indian Citizen holding Indian passport
3. One of the promoter shareholders of the Indian Company
