Consultancies are majorly engaged for the following activities:
- Technical Knowledge Partner provides scientific know how, expertise and recommendations to the Scientific and Technical Advisory Groups in generation and application of knowledge towards ensuring quality and effectiveness of the program.
- Clinical Trial Regulatory Advisory and Data Safety Consultancy undertakes monitoring/ auditing of projects which covers the basic processes of clinical trial projects.
- Consultancy for Technology Transfer Offices operations.
