The National Biopharma Mission supports establishment of TTO’s to enhance academia-industry inter-linkages, strengthen biocluster ecosystem and provide increased opportunities for academia to translate knowledge into products and technologies through the following activities:
- Developing linkages with academic centers for setup of TTOs
- Acquisition of professionals with knowledge of technology transfer
- Provide assistance for acquisition and adaptation of technologies
- Creation of IP awareness Program
