USP: Saans is the only CPAP designed to be used for the transport in the low resource settings. Thus, all of its features are to fulfill this need. 1. Only CPAP in the world with a manual mode. This is a pure mechanical mode which does not require electrical power. 2. Resource independent: This device has inbuilt high-quality CE certified compressor which provides CPAP without any external source of gas. This device can provide oxygen mixture with the venture mechanism. 3. PEEP based CPAP: This is a PEEP based CPAP system which so its pressure control does not have the dependency on the water column’s stability. 4. Pressure indicator of the manual mode is a transparent balloon which is visible 360 degrees. 5. It is designed to sit stable in the transport mode. 6. It is compatible with most of the readily available CPAP delivery circuit, PEEP circuit of bubble circuit. 7. It can be used by one person 9. It is user serviceable. 10.
